主要特点

▲本设备是机电一体化的设备，操作方便、维修简单、运行可靠。采用全中文界面触摸屏，PLC微机控制系统，有记数、工作参数设定、显示等功能，在参数范围内可任意调整。

▲本机装有出瓶定量控制检测及过载保护装置，噪音小于70dB。

▲机体及料桶均采用304优质不锈钢材料制成，便于清洗和消毒，整体无死角，符合GMP要求。

▲利用自动反瓶机构，并配有集瓶装置，大大提高了生产效率，本机配有2只无级调速电机，1只用于调节理瓶花盘的转动速度，转盘速度越快，理瓶出瓶的速度也就越快，反之越慢。并在此机的出口处配有一个检测光电开关，检测后面的输送带.上是否有堵瓶现象，如出现堵瓶，则理瓶盘的电机自动停机，如检测到缺瓶，则自动开机送瓶。

▲Using automatic anti -bottle mechanism and equipped with bottle collecting device, the production efficiency is greatly improved. The machine is equipped with 2 stepless speed regulating motors, and 1 is used to adjust the rotation speed of the flower bottle disk. The faster the turntable speed, the better The faster the bottle comes out, the slower it is.And at the exit of the machine is equipped with a detection photoelectric switch to detect whether there is a bottle blocking phenomenon on the conveyor belt behind. If the bottle is blocked, the motor of the bottle tray will automatically stop. If the bottle is detected, the machine will automatically start.bottle.

▲At the exit of the bottle, there is a reverse bottle blowing device, which blows out the bottle that is not the bottle, and returns to the bottle. The bottles brought by the conveyor are all transferred to the bottle and smoothly enter the next step.
