▲SBH系列多向运动混合机是一种广泛应用于制药、化工、食品、轻工等行业及科研单位的新颖物料混合机。该机能非常均匀地混合流动性好的粉状或颗粒状的物料，使混合后的物料达到最佳品质。

▲由于混合桶有多方向的运动，使桶体内的物料混合点多，混合效果好，其混合均匀度要高于一般混合机混合的均匀度，药物含量的均匀度误差要低于一般混合机。SBH系列多向运动混合机最大装量容积比一般混合机最大装量容积为桶体容积的40%要高得多。

USAGE AND FEATURES

▲SBH series multi- directional motion mixer is a novel material mixer widely used in

pharmaceutical, chemical, food, light industry and other scientific research units. The machine can mix the powdery or granular materials with good fluidity very evenly, so that the mixed materials can reach the best quality.

▲Because the multi-directional movement of the mixing barrel makes the mixing of the materials in the barrel more, the mixing effect is better, the mixing uniformity is higher than the uniformity of the mixing of the general mixer, and the uniformity error of the drug content is lower than that of the general mixer. The maximum volume of the SBH series multi-directional motion mixer is much higher than the maximum volume of the general mixer of 40% of the barrel volume.

工作原理

该机在工作时，由于混合桶具有多向运转动作，使各种物料在混合过程中，加速了流动和扩散作用，同时避免了一般混合机因离心力作用所产生的物料比重偏析和积聚现象，因此可取得极好的混合效果。

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Mixing barrel is suspended on ends of driving and driving axles through two Y type universal joints that are crossing and vertical to each other in the space. When driving

axle is driven to rotate, universal joint makes the barrel perform composite motion including

horizontal moving, rotation and turning etc. In the space, by which, material also performs

3-dimensional motion inside the barrel. Several kinds of material inside the barrel flow, diffuse, penetrate each other and finally form uniform status.
